Nylotrans custom heat transfers are mult-colour transfers manufactured in the UK & despatched within TWO working days. Suitable for waterproof materials such as nylon. They are available in small minimum orders of 25. Customise bags, jackets, umbrellas and more on demand.
Target Transfers screen printed Nylotrans has been specifically designed for PU-coated substrates. Decorate on to jackets, umbrellas, bags, and other promotional items with a block-colour finish in up to eight colours. Colours are opaque and bright, and we can Pantone colour match.

Nylotrans Heat Transfer Leadtimes
Our UK manufactured custom transfers are despatched within two working days. Following confirmation of the artwork, colour references, and agreed payment terms. It is important to test your fabrics – Get in touch if you need a free sample to test with. Our heat transfers are custom built to provide the best solution for your business so we will manufacture a custom transfer for every need.
Recommended Fabrics:
100% Nylon Nylon blends (* Testing recommended prior to production run)
Application instructions:
1st Fuse (before peeling paper)
Temp: 160°c Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Medium-Firm (30-40psi)
Peel: Cold Peel 2nd Fuse (after covering with release paper)
Temp: 160°c Time: 5 seconds
Pressure: Medium-Firm (30-40psi)
Peel: Hot Peel
Care instructions: For best results, wash garment inside out.
Machine wash warm up to 40°c.
Wash using a mild detergent.
Tumble dry on a low setting on household machines.
Do not dry clean.
Do not use bleach.
Can be ironed onto reverse (without steam).
Artwork Requirements
To create your custom heat transfers we require a vector file (with text saved as outlines), along with Pantone colour references for the specific spot colours required.
If you do not have the Pantone colour reference, we can help you to choose the correct colours for your design. Get in touch if you require help completing your artwork.
