Print & Cut Media with a Semi-Gloss Finish

If you are decorating onto light & dark cotton or poly/cotton blends and you want a semi-gloss finish, then you need to be using Stahls' Colour Print Classic Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl. 

From Stahls' the world's leading HTV manufacturer, Colour Print Classic prints, cuts and weeds easily, making it great for everyday apparel or light-weight active garments. For use with solvent and eco-solvent print and cut systems. This Print and Cut material is approved by Roland for the Versacamm range, and can be used on some models of Mimaki, Mutoh, Uniform Seiko and HP.

Available in three different role widths: 500mm, 750mm and 1000mm (all 25m long).

Application Instructions:

• Time: 10-15 Seconds
• Temp: 150°c
• Pressure: Light (2-4 on a Hotronix Press)
• Peel: Cold

Cutting Tips:

• Always carry out a Test-Cut, this will identify if you have a sharp blade and if the pressure and force is correct.
• Once you have the correct setting, make a visual note and attach it to your cutter for each type of material.
• Different HTV materials require different blades, always have a selection to hand.
