Behind The Scenes of The Winter Warm Up Heat Printing Event

If you missed the Winter Warm Up Event on September 11th & 12th, don't worry, the show isn't over just yet. Due to popular demand, the much anticipated digital version aired LIVE on Youtube here and we've got a behind the scenes  recap of everything you missed in this blog:

Day 0 - September 10th - Ralawise HQ.

In preparation for the first day of the event, the Stahls' UK team arrived at Ralawise HQ to help with event preparation and film some new content for all of our Youtube viewers. Molly and Kat spent hours prepping and executing videos for both the Stahls' and Ralawise Youtube channels (Watch this space, coming soon!).

The Stahls' UK team got their first look at the incredible goody bags provided by our extremely generous event partners. And let us tell you now, what a steal! Ralawise had already implemented a fantastic goody bag storage scheme as you can see from the image below, which meant that after filming and setting the room up, all that was left was going for dinner!

Day 1 - September 11th - Ralawise HQ.

Day 1 of the event kicked off at 10am and was a flurry of blue jackets. Due to the nature of the Ralawise location, all guests were escorted through the premises in blue-hi-vis jackets which certainly made for a colourful set of photographs. The initial networking was a hit and guests naturally seated themselves for the first batch of presentations. 

Opened by Vicky, the Ralawise Marketing Event Exec, Kat took the first presentation equipping the guests with the knowledge of how to increase garment sales through upselling and bundles. After this, Andy took the stage to discuss how profitable the jacket market is, followed by Molly who discussed the A.R.C.H method for eliminating scorch marks on garments such as coats and jackets. 

After this, more networking followed and a generous lunch spread was put on by Ralawise. Molly & Beth hosted a LIVE stream on Instagram to showcase the event and the suppliers, during which a giant event team photo took place. A couple of fun TikToks later and it was time to head in the direction of Stahls' HQ in Essex to do it all again the next day!

Day 2 - September 12th - Stahls' HQ

Back in our home environment, the Stahls' team got to work setting up for the later event start time of 2pm. Again, Molly and Kat got back to filming and got hands-on with all the Hotronix heat press machines that they didn't have access to at Ralawise HQ the day before. The Ralawise team kindly prepped the event goody bags for the Essex-based attendees. After a busy prep morning and a quick lunch, the guests began arriving (slightly earlier than expected). Because the Essex event was double the capacity of the Cheshire event due to the nature of the space available, it wasn't long before the Stahls' Innovation Centre was buzzing with anticipation. After some networking, round two of the presentations began again with Kat and Andy. But this time round at Stahls' HQ, Molly's presentation could shine brightest thanks to all of the relevant Hotronix machines being in the room. This time around, Molly was able to demonstrate the scorching A.R.C.H method extensively, answer more questions and troubleshoot for event attendees too.
The Fusion IQ, ProPlace IQ and the Grip Flex rubber pad took the audience by storm with several customers ordering and taking their products away at the end of the event.

Day 2, PART 2 - September 12th - Stahls' HQ

If you thought the day ended there, you'd be sorely mistaken!

After all, we couldn't have Matt from Print Pro UK on Essex soil without creating content with him! Once the event finished and the guests left to catch their trains and planes, we invited our long-time TikTok friend (or rival) to stay a little later. Being a Fusion IQ owner already, Matt was excited to try out some other Hotronix heat presses and film some content for his social media accounts. After this, we sat down to film our first-ever in-person podcast due out on the Garment Decorators Podcast channels towards the end of the year.
