Choose from a traditional Embroidered look, the sharpness of a Woven badge, or the contemporary touch of a Rubber or 3D Embossed Badge.
What are Heat Applied Badges?
UltraColour Subli Blocker are the perfect solution for ultimate detail, unlimited colours and fast turnaround. When applied with the HOTRONIX® 360 Fusion IQ Hat Press with dual heat top and bottom. These technically enhanced transfers bridge the seam on 6 panel caps with ease for a professional result. MOQ 10 pieces, 2 day turnaround, 0.10mm thick.
Embroidered Badges™ are made by stitching a design or motif onto the base fabric, they offer a textured, raised and luxury feel. All embroidered badges have an overlocked edge, this appears like a raised frame to compliment your badge when applied. Each badge is backed with our strongest hot melt heat applied backing for a secure bond. MOQ 200 pieces, 9-12 day turnaround, 1.3mm thick.
Woven Badges are very similar to embroidered badges by but are flat in nature and offer a higher level of detain, they offer a twill fabric like textured. All woven badges have an overlocked edge, this appears like a raised frame to compliment your badge when applied. Each badge is backed with our strongest hot melt heat applied backing for a secure bond. MOQ 200 pieces, 9-12 day turn around, 1mm thick.
Rubber Badges are created on two levels, a foreground and background. Created with spot Pantone® colours, when designing your badge, it’s a good idea to consider your colours and how you with the final badge to look for maximum effect. The touch and feel of a rubber badge is contemporary take on the more traditional styles of woven and embroidered and very much on demand at present. Each badge is backed with our strongest hot melt heat applied backing for a secure bond. MOQ 100 pieces, 14-21 day turnaround, 2.2mm thick.
