We often get asked, is there an alternative to a sewn-in neck label? Or how can I add a neck label with a more natural look and feel for the end user?

In this video, we show you how to add a Custom Heat Transfer in the neck of the t-shirt to display branding and wash care instructions.

We used a Screenprinted Heat Transfer for this, along with the Stahls' Hotronix Auto Open Heat Press.

The benefits of this system is that allows on-demand printing without committing large quantities of garments to print. You can print on the sizes and colours of garments as needed and once printed they feel like part of the garment.
