Bucket Hat Printing - 2 Ways
Did you know you can heat print onto Bucket Hats?
Summer is almost upon us and the need hats is stronger than ever. If you've been thinking about expanding your product range, we've got two successful methods of heat printing that will help you include bucket hats into your summer offering.
Method 1
The first popular method of Bucket Hat printing is to print on the forward-facing panel using the 360IQ hat press.
Many printers use the curved platen of the 360IQ to print onto the front and side panels of a cap or a snapback but lucky for you, you can also fit the forward-facing panel of a bucket hat onto it too!
All you have to do is pull down the tension lever and secure it on. Then attach your heat transfer, HTV or badge using heat tape for accurate placement and, fuse!
Method 2
If you're new to hat printing but you have a Hotronix heat press or you're thinking of upgrading to a Hotronix, then this method is for you.
The Hotronix interchangeable platen system enables you to swap out your lower platen to isolate your print area. The enables a quicker, more accurate and an all round easier fuse.
By swapping out your regular platen for the Hotronix 18cm round platen combined with a Print perfect pad, you can isolate and print onto the top area of the bucket hat.
